Shipping & Returns.
Orders are processed during regular business hours Tuesday to Saturday 9-5.
Every effort is made to ship your order out as soon as possible, however delays do occasionally occur due to restocking of items beyond the control of Inspire Esthetics Studio. Please note that in some instances an item may need to be ordered from the manufacturer, which may cause additional delays.
I ship all orders via Canada Post expedited parcel service. A tracking number will be provided upon request. Orders delivered by Canada Post can only be left in a secure location. If no one is available at the shipping address to accept the parcel, and if a secure drop off location is not available, then a notice card will be left informing you of the nearest location to pick up your parcel.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. If you are shipping to a business address, please include business name. I am not responsible for shipments that are delayed, lost or misdirected due to an inaccurate address being provided.
Inspire Esthetics will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges because of an incomplete or incorrect address. If your parcel is undelivered, unclaimed or refused, it will be returned or abandoned. It is your responsibility to pay any and all charges associated with this, including the original shipping, and return shipping costs as well as tax and or other charges.
Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported immediately so that I can register a damage claim with Canada Post immediately. Please do not accept packages that are visibly opened or damaged. All damaged shipments must be reported to me within 24 hrs of delivery. Report all damaged shipments to firstname.lastname@example.org or text 250-574-5564 with photos of your damaged package or items.
No order will be shipped until its paid in full. Shipments go out on Tuesdays guaranteed, If possible I will also ship out on Fridays.
Refund / Exchange Policy
Occasionally something happens...
Inspire Esthetics Studio is happy to do an exchange under the following circumstances.
If something came broken or damaged:
please contact Inspire Esthetics at 250-574-5564 within 24 hours of your defective shipment, and replacement will be shipped asap.
In the event that a mistake has been made, please let Inspire Esthetics know within 24 hours and it will be corrected. A return label will be issued to you for the incorrect product(s) to be shipped back.
Returns and refunds will only be accepted on any unopened products, in complete undamaged packaging, within 30 days of your order being placed.
Please note, original shipping costs, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your product refund price.
